That's a very good question... after all, いまはごぜん４じ１６ぷんです。
Out of the seven days of the week, かようび is the busiest. Although my "real" classes end with にほんご at ごご５じ１５ふん, I still have plenty to do. コロンビアだいがくのオーケストラはごご６じはんからごご９じまでです。わたしのにちはおわりましたか。ちがいます。。。リーガフィリピナはごご９じからごご１０じまでです！でも、おわりましたか。ちがいます！きょう（きのう？）ごご１０じからごぜん４じ１５ふんまでべんきょうしました！
みなさん、たいへんですね？
あした（きょう。。。いまはじゅうがつついたちです）はわたしのＯＤＥ Ｍｉｄｔｅｒｍです。

I don't want to sound like an [insert expletive of choice], but ようこそ comes first... it would be:
にねんせい、ようこそコロンビアだいがくへ。。。。
I think I'm going to have to ask なずきあんせんせい on げつようび。。。
Two main reasons why I'm sticking to my way:
1. That's what my friend taught me back in high school (she's a Nihonjin who knows Nihongo but not well enough to be considered "fluent"... interesting, I know...).
2. The dictionary lists ようこそ Ｘ へ。
And my third, minor reason:
3. There's an ED (this is why it's a minor reason, lol) in which the punchline is "ようこそＭａｇｉｃ Ｓｃｈｏｏｌへ！"
Once again, I will ask なずきあんせんせい next class. Your way seems to be valid as well.
